For capillary and microchannel separations, EOTrol® is a line of dynamic coating reagents that provide user-selectable (high or low, normal or reverse direction), precisely reproducible electroosmotic force and flow (EOF). EOTrol dynamic coatings provide this performance level independent of the user's selection of pH and buffer conditions.

This allows the user to rapidly select and switch operating conditions from equivalence to bare silica capillaries, to equivalence to the best commercial coated capillaries, and even to REVERSE the direction of EOF at either of these performance levels. The precise reproducibility of EOTrol-enabled separations, coupled with the ability to provide this performance independent of the user's selection of pH and buffer conditions, is a powerful asset in analytical separations.

The ability of EOTrol LN to provide well-controlled and precisely reproducible separations under a broad range of user-selectable pH and buffer conditions is particularly attractive for enabling high resolution and throughput in separations of challenging complexity or difficult conditions that have simply not been possible until now.

This configuration of EOTrol LN is presented as 10 mL of liquid in a 15mL plastic bottle, conveniently sized for easy access with a pipette tip.
